Before her appointment as CEO of Dental Services, Saidah was with the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital administration and also became one of its CEO (2013-2016) and was actively involved in the management and planning of the hospital and led to the development of many of its projects.
Under her watch, Saidah was part of the hospital's Civil Service Excellence Award (Anugerah Cemerlang Perkhidmatan Awam - ACPA) Project for the year 2013 and 2014 which received the the Bronze and Silver Awards respectively. The ACPA projects were 'Improving RIPAS access and the Shuttle Bus Link Service (2013)' and 'Secure home for chronic psychiatric patients and improving care for acute patients in (2014)'.
Saidah's contributions extends to many other projects including being appointed as the Deputy Head Secretariat for the Steering Committee for the Upgrading of Hospital Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Master Plan; the creation the Quality and Productivity Management Unit (QPM); updating project of the Hospital Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital Directory; establishment of three major task forces which are the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital Traffic Flow and Parking Task Force, the Safety Task Force and the Disciplinary Action Task Force and also was involved directly with the development of the Women and Children Centre project.
She attended the Universiti Brunei Darussalam and received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration (Hons 3rd Class) in 1996 and went on to complete her Master in Public Policy in 2004 in the same university.
