DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

When requesting for Health Screening either for new workers to Brunei Darussalam or to renew their contract, they will NEED to fullfill some criterias and bring with them the following items:

1) He/She must be registerd with Bru-HIMS. The Bru-HIMS form can be downloaded here

2) Bring along His/Her Passport and one copy

3) Two (2) pieces their passport size photograph

4) Medical report from their country of origin

5) Working Lisences or BUR500/BUR555

A worker's health screening request cannot be processed if the above requirements are not met.
