Rosni Jair has experience working with in the pharmacy service for over 20 years in pharmacy related fields such as pharmacy administration and management, regulation of pharmaceuticals and cosmetic products, manufacturing of non-proprietary medicines and distribution of pharmaceuticals and was also of heading the service before her current appointment.
Serving under the pharmacy service, Rosni had made many contributions to the development of the service, some notable mentions include the establishment of drug registration system, laws and regulations for regulatory system of pharmaceuticals and strengthening the overall function and service delivery to the public.
She received her Bsc (Hons) in Pharmacy from Brighton Polytechnic (1989) and has a MSc in Pharmaceutical Services and Medicine Control from the University of Bradford, UK (2000). Rosni has also completed her Senior Government Officials Executive Development Programme, ILIA, UBD (2012) and attended the Performance Programme Budget Course organized by the Ministry of Health Brunei Darussalam (2012). She is also a members of Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain since August 1990.
