Tender Statement:
The tendering period starts on 07 January 2026 and will close on 10 March 2026. The Tender documents may only be collected until 10 February 2026, approximately five (5) weeks following the tender’s commencement. Any request to obtain the tender documents after 10 February 2026 will not be entertained. The Government will hold a tender briefing after 10 February 2026, tenderers will be informed and notified to attend the briefing. Attendance to the tender briefing will be compulsory.

Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers must:
- Be registered with the Ministry of Health.
- Submit a valid Certificate of Incorporation or Firm’s Registration Certificate, with Form ‘X’ (if applicable).
- Be registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Brunei Darussalam.
- Have good financial standing to cover at least three (3) months of operations.
- Ensure all sub-contractors are legally registered with the ROC. Foreign sub-contractors must provide equivalent documentation, translated and legalized as required.
