Tender Statement:
The tendering period starts on 23rd July 2025 and will close on the 28th October 2025. The Tender documents may only be collected until 21st August 2025, four weeks following the tender’s commencement. Any request to obtain the tender documents after 21st August 2025 will not be entertained. The Government will hold a tender briefing after 21st August 2025, tenderers will be informed and notified to attend the briefing. Attendance to the tender briefing will be compulsory.

Eligibility Criteria:
Tenderers must:
- Be registered with the Ministry of Health and specialise in Cleaning Services.
- Be registered with the Ministry of Development (MOD)under Class IV or above, and the following categories:
S01– Environmental and Solid Waste Management Services
S02– Janitorial Services
S04– Recyclable Waste Collection Services
- Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in healthcare cleaning services.
- Demonstrate good financial standing with sufficient cash reserves for at least three (3) months of operations.
- Be registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Brunei Darussalam, and submit a valid Certificate of Incorporation with Form ‘X’.
- If some registration requirements are unmet, include a Letter of Undertaking and Builder’s License from qualified sub-contractors registered under the relevant MOD categories. The Tenderer must still meet the Class IV license requirement directly.
