Tender Statement:
The tendering period starts on 23rd July 2025 and will close on the 28th October 2025. The Tender documents may only be collected until 21st August 2025, four weeks following the tender’s commencement. Any request to obtain the tender documents after 21st August 2025 will not be entertained. The Government will hold a tender briefing after 21st August 2025, tenderers will be informed and notified to attend the briefing. Attendance to the tender briefing will be compulsory.

Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers must:
- Be registered with the Ministry of Health and Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation (JASTRe), Ministry of Development, and specialize in healthcare waste services.
- Submit a valid Certificate of Incorporation or Firm’s Registration Certificate, including Form ‘X’ (if applicable).
- Hold a valid Registrar of Companies (ROC) registration and a MOD license (Class IV or above).
- Have good financial standing to support operations for at least three (3) months.
- If specialist MOD categories are unmet, include a Letter of Undertaking or Builder’s License from local sub-contractors registered in relevant categories. However, the Tenderer must still meet the Class IV license requirement.
- Ensure all sub-contractors, local or foreign, are legally registered and provide equivalent incorporation and work class documentation.
