Tender Statement:
The tendering period starts on 23rd July 2025 and will close on the 28th October 2025. The Tender documents may only be collected until 21st August 2025, four weeks following the tender’s commencement. Any request to obtain the tender documents after 21st August 2025 will not be entertained. The Government will hold a tender briefing after 21st August 2025, tenderers will be informed and notified to attend the briefing. Attendance to the tender briefing will be compulsory.

Eligibility Criteria
To participate in this tender, companies must:
- Be registered with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Development (MOD), Brunei Darussalam, with relevant experience in facilities engineering maintenance.
- Submit a complete company profile with the tender proposal.
- Demonstrate good financial standing with sufficient cash flow to support operations for at least three (3) months.
- Be registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Brunei Darussalam, and hold a valid MOD license (Class V or above). Certificate of Incorporation and Form ‘X’ are required.
- If applicable, include a Letter of Undertaking and Builder’s License from sub-contractors registered under relevant MOD categories.
- Ensure all sub-contractors, local or foreign, are legally registered and provide relevant documents. Foreign documents must be translated into English or Malay and legalized where necessary.
- Be registered under relevant MOD work categories, depending on the scope of services.
