Rabi'atul 'Adawiyah is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital and was previously the hospital's Senior Hospital Administrator (2015-2016). Rabi'atul also had experiences in management while working in Baiduri Finance Berhad.
In her youth, Rabi'atul was a LiveWIRE Brunei's Business Awards winner (2004-2007) and had represent Brunei on the international platform for United Nations Society of Brunei, ISB's Borneo Global Issue Conference V in 2006 and also in the AEC's Young Diplomats – Asia-Europe Classroom NET (2006-2007).
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (2008-2012) majoring in Geography and minoring in English Language Studies. She is an active participant of The Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Programme (SSEAYP) and is currently the executive Treasurer for 40th Batch, 2013.
