Haji Mohammad Khairul Anuar currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital since 2016. He was a practitioner in the field of physiotherapy and had previously Headed the Physiotherapy Unit in Suri Seri Begawan Hospital from 2009. He was also the Head of Operational Support Services, Suri Seri Begawan Hospital (2012-2014) and played a dominant and active role in the management and operations of Suri Seri Begawan Hospital.
Haji Mohammad Khairul Anuar was also sought after as a speaker in many occasions such The 7th Asian Federation of Sports Medicine Congress organized by the Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports in 2004 and various national symposiums relating to the field of physiotherapy. He was also a guest lecturer for Masters of Science in Primary Health Care and Bachelor of Health Science (Medicine), Universiti Brunei Darussalam from the year 2004 to 2014.
He has a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom in 2001. Was given the opportunity to participate in the Middle Executive E-Government Course (MEEC), organized by E-Government Innovation Centre and Prime Minister's Office in 2013 and in 2015 obtained an Advanced Diploma in Health Services Management, conducted by Ministry of Health, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
