1. Buka mata dan dongak ke atas.
   Open the eye and tilt head backward and look toward the ceiling.
    
2. Tarik bibir mata di sebelah bawah.
   Gently pull down the lower lid to form a pouch.
    
3. Pegang botol penitis berhampiran bibir mata, elakkan dari tersentuh mata.
   Hold the dropper or bottle near the lid, but do not touch the eyelids or eyelashes.
    
4. Titiskan beberapa titis ke dalam bibir mata mengikut arahan.
   Drop the prescribed number of drops into the pouch.
    
5. Tutup mata (jangan digaru) dan jangan dikelipkan mata.
   Close the eyes (do not rub the eyes) and try not to blink for a short time.
    
6. Picitkan hidung dengan jari untuk mengelakkan ubat itu mengalir ke dalam hidung
   Apply gentle pressue for a few minutes with your fingers to the bridge of the nose to prevent tne medication from being drained from the eye.
    
7. Lapkan lebihan ubat dengan menggunakan tisu yang bersih.
   Blot excess solution around the eye with a tissue.
    
8. Jangan gunakan ubat itu jika ianya berubah warna.
   Do not use solution if it is discoloured or has changed in any way.
    
9. Jikalau boleh, minta pertolongan orang lain untuk menitiskan ke dalam mata.
   If possible, have another person administer the eye drops for you.
    
10. Buangkan ubat titis mata selepas 14-28 hari botol dibuka.
    Discard within specific time, usually 14-28 days after opening.
