What we do:
- We
provide strategic oversight and direction for the management and development
of hu-man resource in the Ministry of Health.
- We are
responsible for the development and implementation of human resource
policies and the establishment and monitoring of standards and best
practices to facilitate the develop-ment of staff and the enhancement of
leadership effectiveness throughout the health sector;
- We
administer functional areas that are concerned with the efficient and cost
effective use of human resources across the Ministry.
